You will have the chance to alter lives as a Home Host Provider, both those around you and your own as a disability carer. Your persistence and support will go a long way toward assisting someone in reaching their objectives. It's a difficult but incredibly gratifying experience. 


Despite the fact that every scenario is unique, all Home Host Providers behave as considerate advocates for the person in their care. Some Home Host Providers work full- or part-time jobs while the person in their care is enrolled in a day program, depending on the amount of care needed. Others could give the person in their home their undivided attention.

Become a Host Home Provider

  • Specific training to support adults with disabilities, behavioral or medical needs;
  • Assisting and advocating for services for behavioral and medical needs
  • Experienced and dedicated staff to assist you on your journey
  • The expedited contracting process we work with the host provider or family caregiver to complete the needed pre-service training
  • Nursing to support and provide training as needed for specific protocols, medical needs, and equipment
  • Admissions Coordination-matching the needs of individuals with a host provider's skills and experience
  • Trainers who provide pre-service and ongoing training to meet the needs of the individual in the host or family caregiver setting

  • Work from the comfort of your own home

  • Accepts most training certificates to expedite onboarding
  • 24/7 emergency on-call phone
  • Program managers that understand and work with you to ensure we maintain the support you need

  • Responsible, caring, and committed
  • Clean background and clean motor vehicle record
  • 18 years of age and older
  • CPR / 1st Aid Certified (Training Available)
  • Qualified Medication Administration Professional (Training Available)
  • Completion of prescreening, interview, and application
